Established in 2000, it is the first private medical college in the northern region of Bangladesh. The college is affiliated with Rajshahi Medical University and recognized by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, NMC, and listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools.

The MBBS program follows the BMDC curriculum and is taught entirely in English. The course duration is 5 years, followed by a 1-year compulsory rotating internship.

The college has a 500-bed teaching hospital, advanced laboratories, smart classrooms, a digital library, anatomy museum, research facilities, and experienced faculty members. Students receive excellent clinical exposure through regular hospital postings and patient interactions.

Graduates are eligible to appear for FMGE/NExT (India), USMLE (USA), PLAB (UK), and other licensing examinations according to the regulations of the respective countries.
